The plot is located in the eastern center of Münchenstein, right at the intersection of Grubenstrasse and Lärchenstrasse. The municipality of Münchenstein is divided into two parts by the Birs and the H18 highway, and the plot lies to the west of the Birs. There are excellent public and private transport connections. The "Muttenz-Süd" junction to the H18 highway is only 5 minutes away, and Basel city center can be reached in around 10 to 15 minutes.
